This special field trip is exclusively for VRC members and their families! Join us for a fun-filled nature adventure at Heckrodt Wetland Reserve, where kids will explore the wetland, discover local plants and animals, and learn about biodiversity through real-world observation and hands-on experiences. Come learn, explore, and make unforgettable memories together!
Explorer and Challenge Team students will visit Heckrodt Wetland Reserve on Oct. 31 for a guided hike with a Staff Naturalist to explore biodiversity and today’s environmental challenges, followed by time to enjoy the playground and nature reserve together.
